Villa Nita - with its retro 60s décor - is very stylish, has a superb view, and a convenient, central location in Lorient.

The main living area opens directly on to a terrace and beautiful pool via two large sliding glass doors. To the rear of the living room is a separate media room with a top-of-the-line HDTV, Bose surround sound system, and BluRay DVD. The stylish kitchen with black countertops has side-by-side SMEG fridge and freezer, a wine cooler and many other convenient amenities.

The three bedrooms are beautifully designed yet very comfortable. Two are roughly equal in size and furnishings and are located on the either side of the main living area and furnished with custom cabinetry and stylish beds from Portugal. The third bedroom has its own private terrace, garden and ocean view.
