Beaulieu Villa

This luxurious villa, on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge, is facing the Caribbean Sea, the far distant St Martin’s mountains and the island of Anguilla. It offers now a fantastic kitchen bar out of maple, with granite countertops from where you see the sand of Baie Rouge Beach. A new over-sized bedroom suite with two French doors and a large private terrace is now available, out of tumbled marble floor with en-suite tumbled marble bathroom, a dressing room and a private patio. The sea view, from both bedroom & bathroom is spectacular.

Beaulieu features a very large and airy kitchen-bar open towards the sea and the swimming pool, an inside dining room, a double living room open to a covered terrace for outside dining and living, and a large heated swimming pool (50′ x 20′). Around the swimming pool, three over-sized bedroom suites with their private terrace, each one out of tumbled marble and a postcard sea view. The fourth bedroom suite, with its separate study-room, occupies the charming cottage, very near by, with its large private terrace facing the sea and the beautiful scenery from over a private lawn.
