There are two master suites that are mirror images and located on opposite sites of the main living area. In addition, there is a 3rd bedroom off the living room with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has granite counters, GE appliances including a dishwasher. The bathrooms have marble double vanities and walk-in closets are in the two master suites.

There are sliding glass doors leading from the two master suites and the living area to the pool deck. These doors are screened and provide lots of light and openness to the living areas. The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned, and all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The property is walled and gated and is the southern rocky coastline with unobstructed views of St. Maarten. The area is quiet and private.
