Nestled on a hill overlooking the south east coast of Anguilla, the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin. This new gated "gem" of a villa offers 5,000 sq. ft. of spacious comfort with the ability to take in breathtaking views plus the bonus of both sunrise and sunset.

There is a fresh water swimming pool to cool you down, or for those midnight swims. Ideally situated off the main island road, but still close to supermarkets and not far from "town". It is a 10 minute drive to the Anguilla Tennis Academy and Cuisinart Resort 18 hold Greg Normal Golf Course.
